payment and refund policy

  • commissioners must be 18+ to be able to commission artwork

  • currently only accepting PayPal

  • payment is upfront

  • please allow up to 3 weeks to a month to complete your order

  • refunds can be requested after a month and the work is not completed

  • if a portion of the commission is complete- you will only receive a portion of the refund

  • final products aren't eligible for refunds
